1. הרצאה (באנגלית) של ד"ר טל שוורץ מחברת ClickTale:

In this talk, Dr. Tal Schwartz, co-founder and CEO of ClickTale, will first review best practices and pros/cons of using eye-tracking methodologies for web usability testing. Next, Dr. Schwartz will demonstrate brand new techniques based on non-intrusive recording of web visitors’ actual browsing sessions and compare the value of these techniques to existing methodologies.
You will see a live demo of “movies” of visitors’ actual browsing sessions and reports that aggregate visitor “movies” into heatmaps of mouse clicks, mouse movements, acceleration patterns, and more. These heatmaps can run on thousands of visitor sessions at a fraction of the cost of traditional eye-tracking studies. Usability professionals will learn how to use these techniques in conjunction with existing methodologies to gain new insights on a massive scale.

Dr. Tal Schwartz is Chairman and CEO of ClickTale. Throughout his career, Tal has also been committed to using technology to produce positive social change. In 2004, he co-founded the Bronica Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at the Technion, as well as the Technion Entrepreneurship Club which helps student-based technology startups become successful. In 2000, he founded Expand Beyond Corporation which developed software that allowed IT Professionals the freedom to work wirelessly, and was later acquired by Semotus Corporation. Tal has been a lecturer and Visiting Professor at numerous universities, including Caltech, the Technion, Tel-Aviv University, the University of Haifa, and DePaul University.
Tal holds bachelors degrees in Engineering and Applied Science and in Economics from the California Institute of Technology and a Doctorate in Finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University

את המפגש מארחת המחלקה ללימודי מידע באוניברסיטת בר-אילן.
האירוע עצמו יתקיים באוניברסיטת בר-אילן, במרכז הבינלאומי לקונגרסים (בניין 301), קומה שנייה, אולם פלדמן (202).
